Rob Rogers is a dedicated advocate for public education and civic engagement, with over 30 years of experience in data analytics, organizational transformation, and progressive activism. A U.S. Air Force veteran and graduate of Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, Rob applies his technical expertise to strengthen public institutions and advance educational equity.

 

Recognized for his expertise in monitoring the rise of Christian Nationalism, Rob has been a strong advocate for protecting secular values in public education. He has also developed innovative digital strategies to enhance voter outreach and promote student-focused policies in school board elections.

 

A certified Scaled Agile Practice Consultant and former Colorado House of Representatives candidate, Rob brings a unique perspective to the A4PEP board, combining data-driven decision-making and a passion for safeguarding public education as a cornerstone of democracy.

Tom Chapman

Tom Chapman is a former public school educator with 15 years of experience in the classroom, from preschool to high school seniors, and in communities from small rural areas to larger suburban and urban schools. During his teaching career, he was also involved in education policy and work with labor unions, which led him to join A4PEP to improve the educational experience of every Coloradan student and ensure that teachers are motivated to enter the classroom and are supported in their ongoing work. In addition to serving as the Communications Coordinator for A4PEP, Tom also works as a Career Coach for everyone from young adults to late career pivoters.
